1. General Policy
Our platform provides access to copy trading services, trader subscriptions, and other digital features. Due to the nature of digital services and market volatility, all payments and allocations are considered final once processed, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
2. Subscription Fees (Copy Trading Plans)
Subscription fees paid to access a traders strategy or plan are non-refundable, even if the user decides to stop copying before the subscription ends.
Exceptions may be made only in cases of proven platform malfunction (e.g., failure to mirror trades due to system error).
Users are responsible for reviewing trader performance and strategy details before subscribing.
3. Wallet Deposits
Deposits made into your trading or platform wallet (e.g., via USDT, bank transfer, or payment gateway) are final.
We do not issue refunds for wallet funding unless:
Funds were incorrectly debited due to platform error, and
The issue is reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
4. Withdrawal Terms
Users may withdraw available balances (excluding locked funds under active copy trades) at any time, subject to:
Account verification (KYC),
Clearance of any pending subscription dues,
Compliance checks (in case of flagged activity).
Withdrawals are processed within [1248 hours], depending on blockchain network or payment method used.
Any applicable withdrawal fees will be clearly displayed before final confirmation.
5. Refunds Due to Technical Errors
In rare cases where a technical fault causes a duplicate charge or system error, users may request a review. Refunds for such errors will be:
Reviewed within 35 working days,
Paid out via the original payment method (if available),
Subject to investigation by our support team.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or processed in error, please contact us immediately at support@wealthwavefin.org. Well do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Note: Filing a chargeback without contacting our team may result in account suspension or restricted access.
7. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
To protect our users and comply with AML regulations:
We may delay or block withdrawals if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or refunds.
