Trader Agreement

(For Strategy Providers / Traders using your platform)

This Trader Agreement outlines the terms, responsibilities, and expectations for individuals offering copyable trading strategies on Wealthwave Finance. By becoming a Strategy Provider, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility and Onboarding

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to offer financial services or investment strategies in your jurisdiction.

• All Strategy Providers are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification and may be required to submit proof of identity, residency, and trading history.

2. Transparency and Honesty

• You agree to provide accurate and honest information regarding your trading performance, risk level, and strategy description.

• Misrepresentation of past performance, use of deceptive practices, or manipulation of trades to inflate results is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal consequences.

3. Performance and Monitoring

• Your account will be monitored continuously for consistency, drawdown, success rate, and other performance metrics.

• You agree to maintain professional conduct and communicate clearly (if applicable) with your followers.

4. Profit Sharing & Subscription Fees

• Any fees or commissions (e.g., profit share or monthly subscription) are subject to prior approval and must be transparently disclosed.

• You agree that payouts to you as a trader may be delayed or withheld in cases of suspicious activity, high-risk losses, or disputes.

5. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or remove your strategy from the platform at any time if you breach this agreement or fail to maintain reasonable trading performance or ethical conduct.

• You may request to deactivate your strategy, but must give prior notice and ensure no open trades are active for copied users.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• You understand and agree that users copy your trades at their own risk. You are not responsible for the financial decisions or outcomes of your followers.

• However, you must act in good faith, avoid reckless trading, and adhere to any platform-imposed trading limits or guidelines.

7. Confidentiality & Data Use

• You will not disclose or share confidential information, including user data or internal platform metrics, with any third party.

• You agree to comply with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

By applying to become a Strategy Provider and offering strategies on Wealthwave Finance, you acknowledge and accept all terms outlined in this Trader Agreement.
